We understand that the hospitality industry is an ever-changing landscape which requires properties to stay up to date on a multitude of rules, regulations and best practices. RHA produces monthly newsletters to educate, update and connect our membership with a variety of resources. RHA offers complimentary legal services to our members to ensure contractual risk transfer.

We partner with legal experts who provide templates, analyze agreements, and create vendor contracts. The Program allows employees of participating RHA member properties to obtain personal-use accommodation discounts at other RHA member properties, subject to availability. Providing your email address will allow RHA to send you updates and news. Developers, exchange companies, vacation clubs, timeshare resellers, timeshare owner associations HOAs , resort management companies, industry vendors, consultants, and legal and regulatory experts are all part of the ARDA network.

We're known for helping make sure that this business community thrives. Since our founding over 50 years ago , ARDA has been nonprofit, nonpartisan, and member-driven.
