Where is dawnbringer sain

If you are a Cleric of Good alignment, you will be working for the Temple of Lathander. If you are a Cleric of Evil alignment, you will be working for the Temple of Talos.

If you are not a Cleric or you are a Cleric of Neutral alignment, you get the quest from the Temple of Helm. The temple usually remains neutral in the battles between the other two temples of Lathander and Talos but now Talos threatens to gain too much power, unsettling the balance.

I've done this successfully before a few times in unmodded games, but this last time that I did it he doesn't spawn for what it's worth, I'm playing a Lawful Evil Cleric of Iactu Xvim. I've googled "Dawnbringer Sain" and it seems that this is an issue that is not limited to me. My guesses are that this issue is caused by in descending order of probability : 1 Divine Remix 2 Oversight 3 Unfinished business 4 Quest Pack 5 Virtue I'd already uninstalled it because I had problems with it and DR's and Oversight's alignment mods, but I thought it was worth mentioning Apparently I can fix this on my own by using CLUA to spawn him manually, but I thought that I would report it here for posterity's sake.

I have also gotten this problem. My character is Chaotic Neutral, if that matters. It's not due to Virtue, as I don't have it installed. I do have the other four mods. I had chalked it up to a gazillion mods installed; nice to know it's a real prob, probably due to mod conflict. Walkthrough [ ] If this was done for the temple of Helm, Guardian Telwyn will ask you to help Dawnbringer Sain , who is a priest of the Temple of Lathander next to the temple of Helm.

Go to the Athkatla Slums and speak to the thief Travin near the north end of the area. Threaten him and he will tell you where you can find the current holder of the ring. Enter Borinall's House above the Copper Coronet and either swear allegiance to Talos and Borinall will give you the ring or kill him and take the ring from his body. If you're not aiding Talos and lie about it, your party leader will get hit by lightning, inflicting minor damage, which convinces Borinall you're not acting in his name and this causes him to turn hostile.

Cancel Save. Conclusion No action required. A number of mods already open it up for more PCs they find suitable. So if someone likes to have a change, then do it via mod not via fixpack enforcing it for evryone.
